COVID-19 POLICY
We are ready to safely welcome back our guests.



As we  are closely monitoring the ongoing uncertainness that corona virus (COVID-19) is causing globally,  we have put  the safety, health and welfare of  our guests and staff as our highest priority.  In response to this, we have implemented a variety of cleanliness practices & rules  that along with the new safety standards,  health protocols & operating guidelines announced by the Greek government and the World Health Organization  guarantee a safe stay for our guests. Consequently,  most  of our  facilities & services are  modified  & we  would like to inform  guests  that  the  measures & new practices  we are implementing  include the following:

Protective  Masks: Guests are required to wear face masks in hotel indoor public areas and when moving around in outdoor areas.

Staff members: Staff use personal protective equipment & are all  trained for the safety, hygiene and disinfection protocols (COVID-19). Dividing screens are  placed between staff and guests in appropriate areas.

Hand sanitizers: disinfection dispensers have been placed  near & around the public  areas  throughout  the hotel.

Check in:  it starts from 15.00  &  Check out: at 11.00 o’clock,  in order to have additional time for the thorough cleaning & disinfect the rooms for the next guests.

Elevator:  it  must be used by one passenger at a time, or guests sharing the same room. Still, we encourage guests  to use the stairs.

Rooms: According to the new protocols,  all rooms have  been  cleaned &  disinfected at least 4 hours before  arrival time & additionally repainted for this season. Every  not basic equipment are removed.  Also rooms will not have daily thorough cleaning, linen, sheets & towels will be replaced only if  guests ask for. No one is allowed to  enter in  room except  the  maid &   waiter  wearing protective equipment, also we recommend our guests to avoid visiting other guest’s rooms.

Bedding and  linens: are washed at sufficiently high temperatures to ensure the sterilization.

Our cleaning products:  are effective against viruses in the air and on surfaces & all are  eco friendly. 

Suppliers of goods & services: all our partners  & suppliers  follow  health & safety Protocols & measures.

Air-conditioning: we have  installed independent units in each room & NOT central system that recycles the air. We encourage  guests to leave  the  balcony door open  for a while for natural ventilation.  

Breakfast: is offered in  buffet style or in room without additional charge for the room service, according to the safe food preparation and service practices..

Swimming pool:   Cleaning and disinfection of the  pool & hydromassage areas are increased in accordance with the operation protocol. 

Social distancing:  Current guidelines require 2 meters  of separation. Please follow  the signage we have put on the inside  floors. In  public areas outside the hotel,  we were unable to place signals  due to the specificity  of the floors, instead, we have placed posters.

Symptoms during your stay: in case you came in to contact with  any COVID-19 patients OR if you experience minor symptoms, please stay in your room  &  get in touch with  our reception immediately. The hotel has implemented an action plan, in case of COVID-19 suspected cases which complies with Greece’s Hotel protocols and legislation.  Τhere is a person in charge for the protocols around the clock  to help you, with respect to your  personality and privacy.  

Doctor & medical care: An appointed doctor near the premises, is available  to provide special care to our guests for 24  hours. 

Available equipment: If necessary, we  provide guests with fingertip pulse oximeter,  simple thermometer, 
non contact infrared thermometer,  blood pressure monitor, antipyretics & painkillers drugs,  protective masks & gloves, disinfectant gel and antiseptic wipes,  (upon request). Also, extra pool towels are provided to cover  your sun loungers.

Personal data: personal data will need to be used by the Hotel, as prescribed under the above mentioned protocols & particularly in cases of potential or confirmed infections.

Booking flexibility: we are offering extra flexibility and support for all reservations made through  our official  web site or directly with the hotel.   

Reminder posters for the measures have been placed in all public areas.

Further detailed information:  is  given  in written to all guests upon arrival.

Hotel management is committed to complying with all protocols and protection measures against the pandemic of the virus COVID-19,  therefore, in case of infection,  hotel shall not be held liable  for the restoration of damage,  or otherwise.

We appreciate  guest’s  kind understanding  &  we will keep  them  update through this situation,  hope soon to be able to return to our normal service level.

Remember, no protocol is effective if not followed.
